Not at all. Many clients give us a key or key safe code. We are fully insured and DBS-checked, so your home is safe with us. You can also choose to be present – whatever suits you best.

We collect, wash, dry, fold/iron, and return your clothes within 24–48 hours (or on a schedule you choose). We sort by colour and fabric type, use gentle detergents unless you specify otherwise, and iron everything to a crisp finish.

We follow training and industry best practice in choosing cleaning products, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. If you have a preference or require hypoallergenic products, just let us know.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.

We accept bank transfer, card (via contactless tap-and-pay), and cash. Payment is due on the day of service unless you have an invoice arrangement.

We take key security very seriously. You can choose from several options:
Give us a spare key (labelled with a code, never your address)
Provide key safe access (we recommend wall-mounted key safes)
Leave the key with a neighbour or porter

All keys are kept in a secure, locked safe when not in use, and our staff are fully insured and DBS-checked. We never share your address with key codes. If you prefer, we can return the key after every visit.

Pricing depends on the size of your home (for cleaning), number of laundry bags or items, and frequency. We offer one-off, weekly, and fortnightly (once every two weeks) packages. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.

Absolutely. Every team member has a valid DBS check, professional cleaning/laundry training, and full public liability insurance. Your trust and safety are our priorities.

Accidents are extremely rare, but we have a clear policy: we will repair or replace any item damaged during our service, if this was caused by us or as a result of our work. Just notify us within 48 hours.

Yes, we offer combined packages. For example, a spring clean plus all bedding and towels washed and ironed. Just mention your needs when booking.
